- Amount paid and applicable taxes.
- Date, time, or service period, where applicable.
- Instructions for enjoying the service or receiving the product.
- Applicable special conditions.
The contract shall be deemed formalized at the moment MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB confirms acceptance of the order or reservation after payment validation.
7. Prices, Taxes, and Currency
The prices published on the website are expressed in euros (€), unless expressly indicated otherwise.
Prices shall include legally applicable taxes where required by current regulations. If additional expenses, surcharges, fees, shipping costs, management costs, travel expenses, or other applicable charges exist, the user will be informed before completing the contract.
MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB reserves the right to modify the prices published on the website at any time. However, price changes shall not affect contracts already confirmed, except in the event of manifest error.
In the event of a manifest typographical, technical, or computer error in the price, MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB may cancel the contract and refund the user any amount paid, informing them of the incident as soon as possible.
8. Payment Through Virtual POS Terminal
The user may pay for contracted products and/or services by bank card through the virtual POS terminal enabled on the website.
Payment shall be made through a secure payment gateway managed by the corresponding banking institution or payment service provider. MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB does not store the complete bank card details used by the user.
To make payment, the user may be redirected to the secure environment of the virtual POS terminal, where they must enter their card details and complete the authentication mechanisms required by the card issuer or payment service provider.
The transaction shall be subject to authorization by the card issuer. If payment is not authorized, the contract shall not be considered completed, and MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB shall not be obliged to provide the service or deliver the requested product.
MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB may issue a receipt, simplified invoice, or full invoice in accordance with applicable invoicing regulations, provided the user supplies the necessary information.
9. Payment Security
The virtual POS terminal may incorporate enhanced authentication systems and security protocols such as 3D Secure, confirmation keys, one-time codes, or other mechanisms required by the card issuer or payment service provider.
The user undertakes to use payment methods of which they are the holder or for which they have sufficient authorization. In the event of fraudulent or unauthorized use of a card, MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB may provide the necessary information to payment entities, competent authorities, or authorized third parties, within the limits permitted by applicable regulations.
MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB shall not be responsible for errors, refusals, blocks, technical incidents, or payment denials attributable to the banking institution, virtual POS provider, card issuer, or the user themselves.
10. Availability and Execution of the Order or Service
The availability of products or services shall be as indicated on the website or during the contracting process.
Where the contract concerns an activity, reservation, or service subject to a specific date, time, capacity, weather conditions, staff availability, vessel availability, facility availability, or external provider availability, MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB may establish specific conditions for performance, modification, or cancellation, which will be communicated to the user before contracting.
If, for justified reasons, it is not possible to provide the contracted service or deliver the contracted product, MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB shall inform the user and may offer, where appropriate:
- A new date or equivalent alternative.
- A voucher or credit for future contracting, if accepted by the user.
- A refund of the amounts paid, where legally or contractually applicable.
11. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
The conditions for cancellation, modification, or refund shall depend on the type of contracted service and whether or not the service is linked to a specific date or time.
In the case of room reservations, event spaces, training sessions, workshops, or other services contracted for a specific date or time, the right of withdrawal shall not apply where a legally established exception exists for services with a specific execution date or period. In such cases, the cancellation policy indicated in this clause shall apply.
Unless different specific conditions are indicated before completion of the contract, such reservations may be canceled free of charge provided the request is made at least 14 days before the scheduled date and time of the service.
Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance shall not entitle the user to a refund, unless the impossibility of providing the service is attributable to MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB or a legally applicable circumstance requiring reimbursement exists.
Where the user requests a change of date, time, or service, MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB may accept it depending on existing availability and the specific conditions of the contracted service. A request for change shall not imply any obligation on the part of MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB to accept the modification if there is no availability or if the request is made outside the established deadlines.
In the case of vouchers, memberships, business address registration services, administrative services, or other services not linked to a specific date, the cancellation or refund conditions shall be those indicated in the service description or communicated before completion of the contract. If the user has consumer status, such conditions shall apply without prejudice to any withdrawal rights that may correspond to them under Clause 12.
Where the service has already begun to be provided or has been totally or partially used, MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB may deduct or retain the amount corresponding to the part effectively provided or consumed, insofar as this is consistent with applicable regulations.
Any request for cancellation, modification, or refund must be made in writing by sending an email to info@marlife.eu, indicating the user’s name, order or reservation number, contracted service, reservation date where applicable, and reason for the request.
Where a refund is applicable, it shall preferably be made through the same payment method used for the contract. Processing times may depend on the banking institution or payment service provider, and MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB shall not be responsible for delays attributable to such entities.
For services formalized through a specific contract, such as continuous use of offices, private offices, fixed workstations, business address registration, or other recurring services, the conditions relating to duration, renewal, cancellation, early termination, notice periods, penalties, and refunds shall be governed by the contract signed between the parties. In the event of discrepancy between such specific contract and these Terms and Conditions, the specific contract shall prevail with regard to those services.
12. Right of Withdrawal
Where the user has the status of consumer and user, they may exercise the right of withdrawal within the legal period of 14 calendar days from the date of contracting, provided that the contracted service has not begun to be provided, has not been used, and no legally applicable exception exists.
The right of withdrawal may apply, in particular, to the contracting of vouchers, memberships, business address services, administrative services, or other distance-contracted services not linked to a specific execution date or period, provided they have not been used, activated, or begun at the user’s request.
The user acknowledges that if they expressly request the start of service provision before the expiry of the legal withdrawal period, they may lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If the service has begun but not been completed, MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB may retain or claim the proportional amount corresponding to the part of the service effectively provided.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply, unless mandatory regulations provide otherwise, to reservations of rooms, offices, coworking workstations, event spaces, training sessions, workshops, or other services contracted for a specific date or time or for a specific execution period. In such cases, the cancellation policy provided in Clause 11 shall apply.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must communicate their decision to withdraw by means of an unequivocal statement sent by email to info@marlife.eu, indicating the user’s name, order or contract number, contracted service, and contracting date.
The user may, if they wish, use the following model withdrawal form:
To the attention of MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB:
I hereby notify you that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase/provision of the following product/service: [●], contracted on [●], with reference [●].
Consumer’s name: [●]. Consumer’s address: [●]. Date: [●].
In the event of contradiction between the commercial cancellation policy and the legally recognized right of withdrawal for consumers, the right of withdrawal shall prevail whenever legally applicable.
13. User Obligations
The user undertakes to:
- Use the website lawfully, diligently, and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Provide truthful, updated, and complete information during the contracting process.
- Not make fraudulent, false, or speculative contracts.

14. Obligations of MARLIFE
MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB undertakes to process confirmed contracts in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the specific conditions applicable to each product or service.

MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB shall be liable to the user in accordance with applicable regulations and the specific conditions of the completed contract.
15. Liability
MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB shall not be liable for breaches or delays arising from causes not attributable to MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB, force majeure, unforeseen events, external technical incidents, unavailability of third-party services, communication failures, user errors, or incidents attributable to banking institutions or payment providers.
Where the provision of the service depends on weather conditions, maritime conditions, safety conditions, technical availability, or decisions of competent authorities, MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB may modify, postpone, or cancel the activity for justified reasons, informing the user of the available alternatives.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit the rights corresponding to consumer users under mandatory applicable regulations.
16. Protection of Personal Data
The personal data provided by the user shall be processed by MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB as data controller for the purpose of managing the contract, processing payment, providing the service, responding to inquiries, complying with legal obligations, and, where applicable, sending commercial communications when there is a legal basis to do so.
The processing of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and applicable Spanish data protection legislation.
The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, portability, and any other rights recognized by applicable regulations by sending a communication to notices@marlife.eu, accompanied by the information necessary to verify their identity.
Complete information regarding the processing of personal data must be available in the Privacy Policy on the website.
17. Invoicing
The user may request a full invoice for the completed contract by providing the necessary tax information through invoice@marlife.eu or through the mechanism enabled on the website.
MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB shall issue invoices in accordance with applicable tax and invoicing regulations. The user is responsible for ensuring that the tax information provided is correct and complete.

All contents of the website, including texts, images, logos, trademarks, designs, structure, software, databases, and other protected elements, are owned by MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB or third-party licensors, unless expressly indicated otherwise.

20. Modification of the Terms and Conditions
MARLIFE BUSINESS HUB may modify these Terms and Conditions when necessary for legal, technical, commercial, operational, or security reasons.
The version applicable to each contract shall be the one in force at the time the user places the order or reservation, unless mandatory regulations establish otherwise.
21. Partial Invalidity
If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is declared null, invalid, or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such declaration shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the document, which shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
22. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
Where the user acts as a consumer, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction under applicable consumer protection regulations.
Where the user does not have the status of consumer and user, the parties expressly submit, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to the courts and tribunals of the city of Málaga, unless mandatory regulations provide otherwise.
